If you forgot to apply your discount or promo code at checkout, don’t worry—we understand this can happen.

Important Information

Once an order has been successfully placed, we are unable to retroactively apply or adjust discount codes. This includes orders that have already been confirmed and processed.

Because our system processes orders immediately to ensure fast fulfillment, we cannot modify pricing or reissue discounts after checkout is completed.
