Managing Your Subscription

You can make any changes to your subscription by logging into your personal account:

• Log in using the email associated with your subscription

• From your account portal, you can:

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Modify delivery details or quantities

  • Skip upcoming orders

Important Timing Information

• All subscription changes must be made at least 5 days before your next shipment is processed so they can take effect on time. This information is available in our subscription terms and in the order confirmation email you receive upon subscribing.

• To help you remember, we send email and SMS reminders (if your number is registered) 5 days before the next order.
