My order was delivered but I have not received itUpdated 2 months ago

If your delivery status shows as "Delivered," but you haven't received your package, here are a few steps you can take:

1. Check with Neighbors or Front Desk: If you live in an apartment building, the package may have been left at the front desk or with a building manager. Additionally, ask if anyone else at your address has accepted the delivery on your behalf.

2. Check the property: look around the entrance to the driveway, in bushes, behind a trash can.  We have seen and heard it all when it comes to where a courier can leave a package OR a neighbor leaves it for you when it's delivered to them by mistake.

Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered a few hours before it arrives. If possible, give it some time and check again later.
