Every new customer of our product is guaranteed that their pet will love the taste of our product. The first package purchased of any product is protected with a no-questions-asked refund, including shipping, if your pet does not eat it. Just return the product to us within 30 days of delivery with at least 50% remaining in the package. If your first order includes multiple packs, only one pack is eligible for return, so we recommend ordering just one pack initially. Any extras can be donated to your local shelter. This allows every customer to try a new product risk-free and without reservation!
