Troubleshooting Payment Issues with Your Order

  • Sometimes, temporary connection or processing issues resolve themselves within minutes.

Next Steps if the Problem Persists

  1. Try another browser or payment method

    • Switching browsers or using a different card can often resolve the issue.

  2. Contact your payment company or bank

    • Explain the issue to your bank or payment provider. They may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.

  3. You need to be in the USA to purchase

  4. Check your VPN

    • If you’re using a VPN, it can sometimes interfere with payment processing. Try completing your purchase without a VPN.
