How to Cancel Your Order

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order shortly after placing it. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee orders can be cancelled by customer service in time (before they’re fulfilled). No refunds will be issued for fulfilled packages per the terms of our refund policy.


Canceling an Order (before fulfillment)

If you created an account or signed up during checkout, you can log in at gussysgut.com/account to manage your order.

As long as your order is still unfulfilled, and you have access:

  1. Click “Orders” at the top and click on your order #.

  2. If you see a Cancel order button/link, click it and confirm the cancellation (this option only appears on some orders).

  3. If you don’t see a cancel option, reply to your order confirmation email or contact our support right away with your order number and “Please cancel my order” (that’s the standard Shopify process).

Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.


*** Guest Checkout Orders ***

If you checked out as a guest and did not create an account, you will not be able to cancel or make changes through the account portal. In this case, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]

If your order is still unfulfilled, our support team would be happy to help you cancel it. We typically respond within one business day.


Refunds After Cancellation

Refunds on fulfilled orders will not be made unless this is your first time ordering the product and it’s still sealed in its original packaging.  Please put a new label on it and return it.  Once it’s returned in this specific case only, we will issue a refund, less the shipping fee.

Canceled-before-fulfillment orders will only be refunded otherwise.


How Refunds Work

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days

  • Bank or payment provider processing may vary

You will need to return the package UNOPENED and SEALED to receive
