Refund Process & Timeline

If you qualified for a refund per our return policy or for a mistake our team made, we will issue you a refund.  Once your refund has been issued, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.


Refund Confirmation

Once your refund has been processed, you’ll receive confirmation from our team that your order has been refunded.

Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.


Processing Time

After a refund is submitted, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to be processed and reflected in your account.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Some financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund.


Where Your Refund Goes

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as:

  • Credit or debit card

  • PayPal or a digital wallet

  • Other approved payment methods used at checkout


Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

If you returned item(s) for a refund and have not received it, there could be several reasons based on our return terms:

  • The order number was missing in the return package

  • The return was sent more than 30 days after your order

  • Less than 50% of the product was returned

  • The return label was ineligible or unclear

If this applies to you, please reach out and provide your tracking number so we can investigate this further.


How to Check Your Refund Status

You can:

  • Check your bank or card statement for refund activity

  • Look for confirmation emails from your payment provider

  • Contact your bank directly if additional time has passed
