Reporting a Damaged Item
We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged. While we strive to provide exceptional service, sometimes shipping and handling can cause damage that is outside of our control.
What to Do if Your Item Arrives Damaged:
To help us promptly replace your item, please provide the following:
Photo of the damaged product
Show the unopened Gussy’s Gut packaging where the damage is visible.
Photo of the package or envelope
Include the box or envelope the product was mailed in.
Please email these two photos to [email protected].
Next Steps
Once we receive the photos:
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier
Your damaged item will be replaced promptly
