Updating Your Shipping Address

We always encourage customers to double-check their shipping and billing addresses before completing checkout. Correct addresses help ensure your order arrives on time and at the right location.

If you notice a mistake or need to update your address after placing your order, here’s what you need to know.

Changing Your Address

If you created an account or signed up during checkout, you can log in at gussysgut.com/account to manage your order.

As long as your order is still unfulfilled, you may be able to:

• Edit your shipping address

• Update other order details

• Cancel your order if needed

Once your updates are saved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the latest details.

We fulfilled all orders very quickly.  For this reason, we cannot guarantee our support team can get to your request in time.  We do not guarantee this can happen.  If your order is fulfilled, we cannot refund your order or change it.  We can only refund it if it’s returned.  This is unfortunate, we know. But it is our customers' responsibility to confirm their address before completing their order.

For Guest Checkout Orders

If you checked out as a guest and did not create an account, you will not be able to make changes through the account portal. In this case, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. If your order is still unfulfilled, our support team can assist you with editing your shipping address. We typically respond within one business day.
